The present document is part 2 of a multi-part deliverable covering the DECT Multimedia Access Profil

16、e (DMAP); Profile Implementation Conformance Statement (ICs), as identified below: Part 1 : Part 2: “Portable radio Termination (PT)“; “Fixed radio Termination (FT)“. 17、 101 871-2 V1.2.1 (2003-04) 1 Scope The present document provides the Profile requirement list and profile specific Implementation Conformance Statement proforma for the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications Multimedia Access Profile (DMAP), Application Specific Access Profile (ASAP) at the F

25、ument, the terms and definitions given in EN 300 175-1 2, ISO/IEC 9646-1 4, ISO/IEC 9646-7 5 and the following apply: Implementation Conformance Statement (ICs): statement made by the supplier of an implementation or system claimed to conform to a given specification, stating which capabilities have

26、 been implemented NOTE: The ICs can take several forms: protocol ICs, profile ICs, profile specific ICs, information object ICs, etc. ICs proforma: document, in the form of a questionnaire, which when completed for an implementation or system becomes an ICs Protocol ICs (PICS): PICS for an implement

27、ation or system claimed to conform to a given protocol specification 3.2 Abbreviations For the purposes of the present document, the abbreviations defined in EN 301 650 i and ISO/IEC 9646-1 4 apply. 4 Conformance requirement The supplier of a protocol implementation, which is claimed to conform to t

28、he fixed termination specific requirements of EN 301 650 i, shall ver that his protocol implementation meets the requirements described in the present document. All the requirements described in TS 101 869-2 7 and EN 300 474-2 8 apply with the changes indicated in annexA. The clause A.4.2 and its su

29、bclauses indicate the general application support. The supplier of the implementation shall complete this part. The clause A.4.3 and its subclauses indicate the profile requirements list and the mandatory clauses for voice services. The supplier of the implementation, which is claimed to support the

30、se services, shall complete this part. The clause A.4.4 and its subclauses indicate the profile requirements list and the mandatory clauses for data services. The supplier of the implementation, which is claimed to support these services, shall complete this part The clause A.4.5 and its subclauses

31、indicate the profile specific ICs proforma. The supplier of the implementation shall complete this part. An ICs, which conforms to the present document, shall be a conforming ICs proforma completed in accordance with the guidance for completion given in clause 5. 5 5.1 Introduction for completing th

32、e ICs proforma Gen eral The supplier of a protocol implementation that is claimed to conform to the fixed termination specific requirements of EN 301 650 i shall veriSl that his particular layer protocol implementation meets the profile RL for each layer. For this, he shall complete a copy of the co

33、rresponding layer ICs proforma contained in TS 101 869-2 7 for data services and in EN 300 474-2 8 for voice services and updated with the requirements from annex A. ETSI 8 ETSI TS 101 871-2 V1.2.1 (2003-04) The profile Requirement List (profile RL) as defined in annex A is based on TS 101 869-2 7 f

34、or data services and on EN 300 474-2 SI for voice services. The profile RL is produced by copying selected tables from TS 101 869-2 7 or EN 300 474-2 SI, removing the column(s) to be completed by the supplier, and adding a new set of columns giving the new profile requirements, both in terms of the

35、status andor allowed values. The tables defied in the present document, reference the tables either in TS 101 869-2 7 or in EN 300 474-2 SI, as relevant. 5.2 Purposes and structure The purpose of this ICs proforma is to provide a mechanism whereby a supplier of an implementation of the Fixed radio t

36、ermination of the EN 301 650 i may provide information about the implementation in a standardized manner. The ICs proforma is subdivided into clauses for the following categories of information: Instruction for completing the ICs proforma; Identification of the implementation; Identification of the

37、protocol; ICs proforma tables: - Global statement of conformance; - Other specific clauses. 5.3 Ab b revi at i on s and convent i on s The ICs proforma contained in the annex is comprised of information in tabular form in accordance with the guidelines presented in ISO/IEC 9646-7 5. Item column The

38、item column contains a number, which identifies the item in the table. Item description column The item description column describes in free text each respective item (e.g. parameters, timers, etc.). It implicitly means “is supported by the implementation?“. Profile reference column The reference co

39、lumn gives reference to EN 301 650 i, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Status column The following notations, defined in ISO/IEC 9646-7 5, are used for the status column: M or m O or o mandatory - the capability is required to be supported. optional - the capability may be supported or not

40、(e.g. the capability is not allowed because the underlying DECT layers (service provider) cannot handle it or the requirement belongs to an application i.e. does not belong to the network layer). prohibited (excluded) - there is a requirement not to use this capability in the given context. qualifie

41、d optional - for mutually exclusive or selectable options from a set. “i“ is an integer which identifies a unique group of related optional items and the logic of their selection which is defied immediately following the table. conditional - the requirement on the capability (“m“, “o“, “x“ or b/at)

42、depends on the support of other optional or conditional items. “i“ is an integer identiSling a unique conditional status expression which is defined immediately following the table or which is defined in a general condition table. This status is in particular applicable for data fields, which are reserved for future use. The structure of such fields has to be supported, but the va

44、lue is undefined and thus to be ignored. Support column The support column shall be filled in by the supplier of the implementation. The following common notations, defined in ISO/IEC 9646-7 5, are used for the support column: Y or y N or n N/A, n/a or - supported by the implementation not supported

45、 by the implementation no answer required (allowed only if the status is n/a, directly or after evaluation of a conditional status) Prerequisite line A prerequisite line takes the form: Prerequisite: . A.l Instruction for completing the ICs proforma The supplier of the implementation shall complete the ICs proforma in each of the spac

48、es provided. In particular, an explicit answer shall be entered, in each of the support or supported column boxes provided, using the notation described in clause 5. A.2 Identification of the implementation A.2.1 Date of the statement Identification of the Implementation Under Test (IUT) and the sys

49、tem in which it resides (the System Under Test (SUT) should be filled in so as to provide as much detail as possible regarding version numbers and configuration options. The product supplier information and client information should both be filled in if they are different. A person who can answer queries regarding information supplied in the ICs should be named as the contact person.
