37、n and functionalities) for the MBMS Bearer Service, which includes, together with MBMS User Services defined in TS 26.346 7, all the elements necessary to realise the stage 1 requirements in TS 22.146 2 and TS 22.246 6. This document encompasses both GPRS and EPS. The present document also includes
38、considerations on the manner in which User Services should make use of the MBMS Bearer Service described herein.
