It was transferred to the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) in January 2008. The contents of the present document are subject to continuing work within the TSG and may change foll

36、er (AS) is included in the communication. The common procedures are based on stage three specifications for supplementary services. The present document contains examples of signalling flows for the common basic communication procedures. The present document is applicable to User Equipment (UE) and
