ETSI ETSI TS 128 675 V14.0.0 (2017-04)53GPP TS 28.675 version 14.0.0 Release 141 Scope The present document specifies the Home enhanced Node B (HeNB) Subsystem (HeNS) Network Resource Model (NRM) IRP that can be communicated between an IRPAgent and an IRPManager for telecommunication netwo
25、rk management purposes, including management of converged networks. This document specifies the semantics and behaviour of information object class attributes and relations visible across the reference point in a protocol and technology neutral way. It does not define their syntax and encoding. In o
26、rder to access the information defined by this NRM, an IRP IS is needed, such as the Basic CM IRP IS (3GPP TS 32.602 6) or the Bulk CM IRP IS (3GPP TS 32.612 7). However, which IS that is applicable is outside the scope of the present document. 2 References The following documents contain provisions
27、 which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of the present document. - References are either specific (identified by date of publication, edition number, version number, etc.) or non-specific. - For a specific reference, subsequent revisions do not apply. - For a non-specific refer

In the case of a reference to a 3GPP document (including a GSM document), a non-specific reference implicitly refers to the latest version of that document in the same Release as the present document. 1 3GPP TR 21.905: “Vocabulary for 3GPP Specifications“. 2 3GPP TS
