38、on the Base Station System (BSS) to Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) interface (Gb interface). The protocol stack on the Gb interface is defined in the stage 2 Technical Specification 3GPP TS 43.060. The Network Service entity provides network services to the BSSGP entity specified in 3GPP TS 48.018
39、. The layer 1 of the Gb interface is specified in 3GPP TS 48.014. In the present document, the communication between adjacent layers and the services provided by the layers are distributed by use of abstract service primitives. But only externally observable behaviour resulting from the description
