SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a calcium soap thickened, mineral oil based grease that falls between NLGI grades 1 and 2. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released origi
3、nally for grease used in the lubrication of disc brake calipers and anchor plate slides, but is no longer used in this application. The grease is now used in wheel pilot bores to prevent corrosion and seizure of the wheel to the hub. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS
