APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material applied to painted surfaces where exposure to oi
3、l fumes and occasional fuel spillage is expected. The labels are not recommended for exterior usage. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A).
4、3.2 COMPOSITION Shall be an oil resistant latex impregnated paper with a precoated adhesive backing. A protective paper covering will be placed over the adhesive and shall be readily removable to facilitate application of the label 3.3 COLOR As specified on engineering drawing 3.4 FILM THICKNESS 0.0

7、. Test Method: Apply label to aluminum or painted panels for 100 h at 95% R.H. and 23 +/- 2 C. 3.7 HEAT RESISTANCE (1 h at 102 +/- 3 C) No checking, cracking, yellowing and adhesion. Shall meet requirements of para 3.5. 3.8 OIL RESISTANCE No delamination, blushing, checking, cracking, or loss of adhesion during exposure period or after labels are removed from cabinet and allowed to dry. Test Method: Apply samples to aluminum or painted panels, wipe a film of ASTM #3 oil on label surface and age 25 h at 50 +/- 1 C.
