APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in stapling operations for fabrication and assembly of glove

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 COMPOSITION 3.2.1 Base Wire SAE 1015 3.2.2 Galvanized

4、 Coating The coating must meet the requirements of ESB-M7P1-A, Galvanized Coating, specification. 3.3 SIZE 0.020 in (0.51 mm) x 0.060 in (1.52 mm) 3.3.1 Thickness 0.020 in (0.51 mm) + 0.004 in (0.10 mm) - 0.001 in (0.03 mm) 3.3.2 Width 0.060 in (1.52 mm) + 0.002 in (0.05 mm) - 0.005 in (0.13 mm) 3.4 TENSILE STRENGTH, min 85,000 psi (586 MPa) (ASTM E 8) 3.4.1 Elongation 1.0 - 2.0 %
