SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a reclaimed, closed cell, expanded neoprene rubber. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an anti

3、-rattler or cushion between metal surfaces, such as in-cab fuel tanks and the floor pan. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COLOR Bl

8、quirements of this specification. 5.1 GASOLINE AND WATER RESISTANCE This material is not recommended for use in areas where gasoline resistance is required. Also, this material, due to its high water absorption characteristics, should not be used as a water seal in an area where water resistance is a prime requirement.
