APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to manufacture electrical conne

3、ctor molded seals. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MOLDED TEST SPECIMENS 3.2.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All test specimens s

4、hall be die cut from standard vulcanized sheets prepared from production compound per ASTM D 3182. 3.2.3 Lubricant Bleed An ASTM test slab observed 24 h after molding must show evidence of lubricant bleed. 3.2.4 Hardness, Durometer A 30 - 36 (ASTM D 2240) 3.2.5 Tensile Strength, min 6.0 MPa (ASTM D
