SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a reaction injection molded (RIM) thermosetting polyurethane with a higher flexural modul

3、us. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in the manufacture of Mustang and Aerostar modular window assemblies. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Require

4、ments For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All test specimens shall be cut from 3.2 mm nominal thickness slab stock prepared from production compound. 3.4.2 Density 0.96 - 1.04 g/cm3(ASTM D 1622) 3.4.3 Hardness, Durometer D 35 - 45 (
