SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a paper felt, half asphalt saturated with a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released ori

3、ginally for material used as roof pad vibration dampers for the 1984 LTD/Marquis. 3. REQUIREMENTS The requirements herein are based on material without release paper unless otherwise specified. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to t

4、he Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 WEIGHT Shall be specified (ASTM D461) on the engineering drawing. 3.3 DENSITY, g/cc 0.55 +/- 0.05 (ASTM D461, weight per unit area divided by thickness of conditioned specimens) 3.4 EXTRACTABLE MATTER, % 18 +/- 6 (ASTM

To demonstrate compliance, the sample size and method of testing shall be in accordance with FLTM BN 24-2. 3.11 FLAMMABILITY TEST PROGRAM Materials, portions of components, and composites governed by this specification must also comply with the requirements of ES-D3AB-11014-AA.
