APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials used as roof panel deadeners and

3、roof reinforcement antisqueaks. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 WEIGHT 1074 1465 g/m2(ASTM D 461) 3.5 THICKNESS, AFTER PALLETIZAT

Posi

7、tion 2 steel rods 4.45 mm diameter 89 mm long 50 mm apart over the headlining. Place a 11.4 kg weight (approximate diameter 168 mm) over the 2 rods. Condition the assembly in a mechanical convection oven maintained at 150 +/- 3 C for 1 h. Samples used for this test shall be inspected to insure that

8、the resin treated surface has not be contaminated with asphalt due to palletization. 3.12 ODOR Shall be free of obnoxious odors. 3.13 MILDEW RESISTANCE No visual evidence of mildew growth and no mildew odor after 7 days exposure in a humidity cabinet controlled to 100% relative humidity at 38 C. 3.14 FLAMMABILITY (ISO 3795/SAE J369) Burn Rate, max 100 mm/minute
