SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a kraft paper lined, polystyrene foam core laminate. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in the 1978 Fairmont/Z
3、ephyr as the core and structural component of the foam core panelboard ESB-M2E96-A used in one piece headliner constructions. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mat
4、erials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CONSTRUCTION The kraft paper/polystyrene/kraft paper composite shall be uniform in quality and construction to provide a finished laminate. 3.3 THICKNESS (ASTM D 645, except use a 6.4 mm diameter foot and 85 g loading) Total product 3.8 +/- 0.63 mm (Thickness variation o
