Test Method: Condition bonded samples
11、(bonded per FLTM BN 113-01) in an air circulating oven at 102 +/- 3 C for 7 days. 12、aming on either surface in excess of the above maximum value. 3.15 VACUUM HEAT EMBOSSING Material intended for vacuum heat embossing shall meet the following requirements 3.15.1 Material Acceptability The criterion for material acceptability shall be job performance. This means that the material mus
13、t provide an acceptable appearance when vacuum heat embossed under approved production conditions. Roll samples of original approved materials shall be retained for reference purposes by the Utica Plant and shall be conditioned according to ASTM D 1776 prior to all embossing evaluations. 3.15.2 Mate
14、rial After Proper Embossing (FLTM BN 13-6) The material must retain all embossers when tested as described in FLTM BN 113-01 and BN 113-02. Face finish (gloss) of roll goods must not change. Material shall not exhibit clothy appearance on face side. After heat aging, as described below, the embossed material shall not exhibit excessive discoloration or deterioration. Test Method: Condition embossed samples (FLTM BN 113-01) in an air circulating oven at 102 +/- 3 C for 7 days. Remove and examine for discoloration and deterioration especially in embossed areas.
