2、ITIVE - ESB-M3G176-A THERMOSETTING - EXTERIOR 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an acetate cloth tape with a rubber based thermosetting pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials used to seal small holes in th
3、e body frame and underbody areas after vehicle E-Coat. Underbody sealer is applied over tape in most applications. The tape will withstand high temperature exposure for short periods (spray prime oven for example). 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers
4、 and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 THICKNESS 0.170 - 0.230 mm (ASTM D 1000) 3.5 BREAKING STRENGTH 50 - 100 N/10 mm (ASTM D 1000) width Ultimate Elongation, min 10.0% Test Method: This shall be measured coincidentally
