APPLICATION: This specification was released originally for material used as a molded headlining substrate. 3. REQUIREMENTS: All values herein are for the material before expansion and
3、forming. 3.1 CONDITIONING All test values indicated herein are based on materials conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5% relative humidity for 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same controlled conditions. 3.2 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirement
4、 listed herein, the formed and laminated assembly shall also meet the requirements of ESB-M15P1-A and ESB-M25P4-A when tested as a unitized or bonded one piece headliner. 3.3 CONSTRUCTION This material consists of high impact polystyrene film laminated to both sides of a rigid polystyrene foam. 3.4
