Foaming High when sprayed or aerated . Biodegradable Yes . Phosphates None . Metals None . Affect on Metals Safe to all, coats
10、 zinc phosphate treatments . Solubility-Water Less than 10% by weight at 66 C 5.2 APPLICATION The coating is applied by dipping for 4-10 minutes in an agitated aqueous solution of 37.4 g/L concentration, at 80 C. Parts will air dry quickly on removal from bath. 5.3 HANDLING AND DISPOSAL 5.3.1 The lubricant is a neutral fatty acid soap compound and protective garments must be provided for users (gloves, aprons, eye shields, boots, etc.). 5.3.2 Disposal requires special treatment to prevent gelling in drain lines. 5.3.3 Discarded solution should be handled by approved disposal service.
