APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials used in combination with fiberglass heat and sound absorption batt in the engine compartment area. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 CONSTRUCTION 3.1.2 Shall consist of a 0.00085 in (21.6 m) minimum aluminum foil, 35.4 lb (16
5、.1 kg minimum kraft paper, reinforced with 75 1/0 and 55 1/0 fiberglass bonded with a heat resistant adhesive. 11、 surface.) 3.11.1 Humidity Exposure No delamination or mold growth Test Method: Three samples shall be exposed in a vertical position, supported by the aluminum paper laminate, for 5 days at 38 +/- 1 C and 95 - 100% R.H. 3.11.2 Heat Exposure No delamination or bond failure Test Method: Three samples shall be exposed in a vertical position, supported by the aluminum paper laminate, for 30 min at 204 +/- 3 C.
