SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an acid catalyst solution incorporated to convert standard bake high solids, low VOC thermoset base-
3、coat/clearcoat enamels to low bake repair coatings. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to catalyze low bake enamel for in-plant repair of previously painted exterior vehicle surfaces. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for init

7、ANCE Final appearance, gloss, intercoat adhesion, weathering and resistance properties shall be consistent with the standard requirements. 3.8.1 Hardness Tukon, min 5 KHN (FLTM BI 112-02) 3.9 SHELF STABILITY Material shall maintain its strength, compatibility with enamels and be otherwise usable after standing for a minimum of 90 days at 26 +/- 1 C. Materials must remain clear and free of sediment.
