REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A).

7、or scuffing and the individual yarn components shall remain intact when examined after the above tests. The resistance to abrasion of approved production material shall be equal to that exhibited by the master sample (as approved for production by the Textile Engineering Section, BEPE Materials Engi
8、neering Department) on file in the Textile Engineering Section. 3.9 RESISTANCE TO DRY AND WET FADE (SAE J1885) No individual yarn or combination of yarns shall stain and exhibit any color tone change, or shall yarns change in hue, brightness, or purity in accordance with rating 5 of the AATCC chart
9、for measuring transference of color. Production materials shall exhibit light-fastness qualities equal to or better than the master sample (as approved for production by the Textile Engineering Section, BEPE Materials Engineering Department) on file in the Textile Engineering Section, after exposing
10、 the fabric and the fabric with adjacent approved assembly components for a period of 40 standard fade hours the Fadeometer, and/or 5,250 Langleys in Florida and Arizona under glass at a 45E (0.79 rad) south. 3.10 RESISTANCE TO BLEEDING AND PERSPIRATION (FLTM AN 101-01) The contact materials shall c
11、orrespond to rating 5 when compared to the AATCC chart for measuring the transference of color. 3.11 RESISTANCE TO SPOTTING (FLTM AN 101-01) No spots shall remain after drying and mild hand brushing. 3.12 WET AND DRY CROCKING (FLTM BN 107-01) Materials shall correspond to rating 5 dry and 4 to 5 wet
12、 when compared to the AATCC chart for measuring transference of color. 3.14 SOILING AND CLEANABILITY (FLTM BN 112-02) The fabric shall resist soiling and shall possess satisfactory cleaning properties without leaving objectionable rings and stains and shall meet a rating of 4 to 5 of the AATCC chart for measuring transference of color.
