SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a well refined gasoline containing normal commercial additives and which can contain permitted gasoline extenders. Additional anti-oxidant
3、 and additives to prevent spark plug fouling/corrosion may be present for some applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as initial fill fuel for vehicles designed to operate on unleaded gasoline in Europe. This material is not specifically intended fo
4、r use in certification testing. It may be used for engine hot test, mileage accumulation or general fueling. When used as an initial fill or hot test fuel the material must meet the additional requirements shown in 3.14. When used as a hot test fuel in locations where a proportion of engines may be
5、shipped or stored for periods in excess of six months before use, the material must meet the additional requirements shown in 3.15. Setubal plant See additional requirement 3.16 3. REQUIREMENTS This material must meet all pertinent requirements of EEC directive 85/210/EEC. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS
