SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a sintered iron alloy powdered metal. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a material used for a

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION (weight %) (ASTM A 751) Total C

5、ICROSTRUCTURE (ASTM E 3/ASTM E 562) The matrix microstructure shall consist of martensite and bainite with pearlite not to exceed 20% and retained austenite not to exceed 10% with uniformly distributed carbide and phosphoric iron eutectic particles. Porosity shall not exceed 8% with a maximum pore size of 150 micrometre.
