SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a completely open cell, reticulated polyurethane foam with a 97% void-volume relationship. 2. APPLICATION This specification

3、was released originally for material used where a completely open cell construction is needed, such as a filter in the spark delay valve. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIRMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Pro

4、duction Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 DENSITY 25.6 - 32 kg/m3(ISO 845/ASTM D 3574, Test A) 3.2 TENSILE STRENGTH, min 140 kPa (ISO 1798/ASTM D 3574, Test E, 50 mm bench marks, 5 specimens min) 3.3 ELONGATION AT BREAK, min 175% (Test according to para 3.2) 3.4 TEAR RESISTANCE, min 410 N/m (ISO DIS 8

Test Method: Immerse 50 x 25 x 3.2 mm foam specimens in Fuel B for 22 h at room temperature. 3.13 IGNITION TEMPERATURE, min 218 C (ASTM D 1929) 3.14 FLAMMABILITY (ISO 3795) Burn Rate, max 100 mm/min
