SCOPE This specification defines the quality of paint finish for parts where flexibility and corrosion resistance are required. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a coating used

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 SYSTEM COMPONENTS . GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 When it is not feasible to test the actual part because of its size, laboratory panels may be substituted. Test panels shall be proce
13、ssed concurrently with parts and shall be representative of parts with respect to substrate, phosphate coating, enamel thickness, bake and all other operations. Correlation must be obtained between laboratory panels and the parts to assure engineering that the minimum requirements are met on the part.
