SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an extrudable compound composed of a mixture of mineral oil and cellulose fibers. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for lub

3、ricant designed for lubricating distributor shaft bearings. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR FINISHED PRODUCT 3.1

4、1 Cellulose Fibers Content, by weight 13% - 17% (ASTM D 128) 3.1.1.1 The materials should contain a mixture of 80% - 90% ground wood fibers and 10% - 20% sulfite fibers. Average fiber length should be 1.0 mm with 75% between 0.25 mm - 1.5 mm. 3.1.2 Oil Content, by weight 83% - 87% (ASTM D 128) 3.1.
