SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a selected parafinnic base stock with good oxidation resistance and fortified with additives to enhance the base stock qualities. 2. APPLICATION This

3、 specification was released originally for material used to impregnate sintered bearings such as the windshield wiper bearing. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Ma

4、terials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 VISCOSITY AT 37.8 C 80.8 - 90.6 cSt (mm2/s) (ASTM D 88) 3.2 VISCOSITY INDEX, min 100 (ASTM D 2270) 3.3 FLASH POINT, min 241 C (ASTM D 92) 3.4 FIRE POINT, min 255 C (ASTM D 92) 3.5 POUR POINT, max -10 C (ASTM D 97) 3.6 COPPER STRIP CORROSION must pass (ASTM D 130 at 100
