APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for the retard diaphragm of the distributor adva

3、nce mechanism. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 ORIGINAL PROPERTIES (SLAB STOCK) Hardness, Durometer “A“ 55 - 65 (ASTM D 2240) Ten

8、ons only. Finished parts will be tested for porosity in an approved test fixture such as using compressed air at 8 - 10 psi (55 - 69 kPa). The air will be applied to one side of the diaphragm with no bubbles appearing in 15 s in a water column attached to an evacuation tube on the other side of the diaphragm.
