7、.8 MOLDED PARTS 3.8.1 Heat Resistance Finished parts must pass the following test: Test Method: Condition the parts for 3 h in a mechanical convection oven maintained at 82 +/- 3 C (or as otherwise specified on engineering drawing). After removal, parts shall show no more than 0.5% shrinkage. There
8、shall be no local shrinkage where the part has been gated which will interfere with assembly to mating parts or affect its appearance. The part shall not warp to an extent that would affect its use in ultimate assembly as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.8.3 Physical Properties Specific requi
9、rements for physical properties of molded parts, when required, shall be specified on engineering drawings. 3.8.4 Resistance to Fade (FLTM BO 101-01) The material shall fade no more than the master sample approved for production on file in the Quality Control or Test Laboratory after 120 SFH. 3.8.5
