SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an acrylic conformal coating which may be cured by air drying or baking. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a conf

3、ormal coating on the circuit board in the electronic engine control module. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 FOR LOT APPROVAL 3.1.

4、1 Non Volatiles, min 30% (FLTM BI 102-01) 3.1.2 Viscosity at 25 C 275 - 350 cP (mPa.s) (ASTM D 446) 3.1.3 Specific Gravity 0.90 - 1.0 (ASTM D 154 at 25 C) 3.1.4 Drying Time, max Tack free in 2.5 h (2 mil film at 25 C and 50% R.H.) 3.1.5 Flash Point, min 15 C (ASTM D 93 closed) 3.2 TESTS TO BE RUN FO

The Manufacturing Engineering Department shall notify both the Plant Security and the Safety Units of it presence in the Plant to assure that proper fire and/or health precautions are provided. The location in which it is used or stored shall be included in the notifications.
