3、l specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 Thickness, min 0.10 mm (FLTM BI 117-01) 3.3 Adhesion Grade 0 (FLTM BI 106-01, Method B) 3.4 Dielectric Strength, min 20 KV/mm (ASTM D 149) All above tests are to be run on aluminum panels approximately 102 x 152 mm coated with the material on one side.
