2、SSIVATING ESK-M5B326-A SOLUTION 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a passivating solution. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a Chromate-III/Chromate-IV passivating solution for dip or spray zinc phosphate operations. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.

3、1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Chromium VI as Cr : 10.0 +/- 1.0 % Total chromium : 14.0 +/- 1.0 % 3.3 TITRATION 5.8 +/- 1.0 m

4、L 8 ml of the solution are filled up to 1000 ml with distilled water. 10 ml of this solution are filled up to 100 ml with distilled water. Add 20 drops sulphuric acid (50 %) and about 0.5 g potassium iodide. Titrate with 0.1 n sodium thiosulphate to colour change brown to yellow. Add indicator starc
