APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a metal cleaner in spray phosphate coating equipment

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Phosphate as P205 19.5 +/- 2.0 % Carbonate as CO3 23.5 +/- 2.0 % Total Al

4、kalinity as Na20 38.0 +/- 2.0 % Silicate as SiO2 2.8 +/- 0.5 % Titanium as TiO2 0.06 +/- 0.015 % 3.3 TITRATION 9.5 +/- 1.0 mL Titrate 10 mL of the 1 % by volume solution with 0.1 n sulfuric acid (H2SO4).
