SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a grease consisting of an aluminum complex soap and a unique combination of additives which provide good performance at low temperature. 2. APPLICATION

3、This specification was released originally for a grease used to lubricate front wheel automatic hub locks on four wheel drive trucks. 3. REQUIREMENTS To be performed on each batch: 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Materials suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys

4、Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 ALUMINUM COMPLEX SOAP CONTENT 9 - 11% (ASTM D 128) 3.2 PENETRATION 280 - 310 (ASTM D 219, worked 60 strokes) 3.3 MOISTURE CONTENT, max 0.75% (ASTM D 95) 3.4 DROPPING POINT, min 300 C (ASTM D 566) 3.5 LOW TEMPERATURE STARTING TORQUE
