2、. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a high temperature and oil resistant fluoroelastomer. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a ball shuttle valve in automatic transmissions, or as specified on the engineering drawing. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0

3、STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 SLAB STOCK 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All tests are to be performed on specimens die-cut from the molded tes

4、t sheets manufactured from the same material and with equivalent cure to production parts. The test sheets shall have the following dimensions: 150 x 150 mm, min x 2.0 +/- 0.2 mm 3.4.2 Color As specified on Engineering drawing 3.4.3 Hardness, Durometer A 94 - 98 (ASTM D 2240) 3.4.4 Tensile Strength
