2、 The material defined by this specification is a two-stage, mineral filled, phenolic molding compound with low moisture absorption, and good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to mold automatic transmission conv

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPRESSION MOLDED TEST SPECIMENS (As molded without post bake) 3.1.1 Color Black

4、 3.1.2 Specific Gravity 1.85 - 1.91 (ASTM D 792) 3.1.3 Water Absorption, max 0.5% (ASTM D 570) 3.1.4 Impact Strength, min 64 J/m (ASTM D 256, notched) 3.1.5 Flexural Strength, min 75 MPa (ASTM D 790) 3.1.6 Tensile Strength, min 30 MPa (ASTM D 638) 3.1.7 Compressive Strength, min 138 MPa (ASTM D 695)
