7、0% (23 +/- 2 C) Test Method: Approximately 5 g of the specimen shall be cut into lengths approximately 1 in (25 mm) long. The specimen shall be placed in a weighing bottle and dried to constant weight in a circulating air oven at a temperature of 70 +/- 1 C for 15 - 18 h. The weighing bottle, with t
8、he lid off, but containing the dried specimen, shall be exposed to air in an atmosphere of 50 +/- 4% relative humidity at 23 +/- 2 C until it reaches constant weight (5 - 6 days). At the end of the exposure period, the specimen shall be weighed and the amount of the moisture absorbed in % shall be c
9、alculated as follows: Increase in Weight x 100 = Percent Increase in Weight - Dry WeightTest 2 specimens. The average result is moisture absorption and shall be recorded to the nearest 0.1%. 3.5.2 100% Relative Humidity, max 10.0% (38 +/- 1 C) Test Method: The procedure described above shall be repe
