2、lymeric coated fabrics to withstand stress in a heated environment after extended heat aging. Apparatus Required Oven Air recirculating, capable of maintaining 65 to 110 OC, with an inside chamber height of 450 mm minimum, conforming with IS0 188/ASTM E145 type IIA normal oven 150 +/- 50 air charged
3、per hour. Fixture Assembly - see Figure 1 Frame, clamps, and weight designed to fit inside the oven and able to support the weighted specimens. One weight and one bottom clamp shall total 4.5 kg. Test Specimens 2 required, 35 x 115 mm Specimens must be cut from the center section of the material. On
4、e cut with the long dimension parallel to the machine direction (warp), and one cut with the long dimension perpendicular to the machine direction (fill). Conditioning and Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 “C and
5、 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure 1. Place the test specimens in an air-circulating oven maintained at 1 1 O +/-2 “C for 14 days. 2. Remove the test specimens from the oven and condition fo

Place frame, clamps, and weights in an air-circulating oven at 65 +/- 2 “C until temperature equilibrium is reached. 4. Affix a clamp to each end of the specim
7、en, hang the upper clamp on the frame in the oven, attach the weight to the lower clamp and suspend vertically in the oven at 65 +I- 2 “C for 15 minutes (see Figure 1). 5. Remove the specimen and examine for evidence of delamination, cracks, or loss of polymeric film integrity. Chemicals, materials,
