4、g and Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure 1. Prepare a sample te

When the configuration and the size of the part or plaque permits, two samples should be prepared with the 300 mm dimension of one sample at a 90 orientation to that of the second sample. 2. Dry the sample in the oven for 16 hours at 80 +/- 2 C unless oth

After immersion for the time required by the material specification, remove the sample from the water and immediately measure the marked off

8、 portion to the nearest 0.25 mm. Note: The sample should be held flat when being measured. 7. Calculate the expansion of the sample as follows: Expansion = L f - L i Li Where: Li = length Lf = final length 8. Report the expansion in mm/mm and the time of immersion. Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly. Each party is responsible for determining proper use and handling in its facilities.
