Fill a carton cup with the tare weight of component A and B specified in the relevant material specification. 2. Immediately after adding component B, stir the mixture for the time perio
6、d defined in the relevant material specification. 3. After stirring, the foaming process shall be observed and the reaction profile determined with the stop watch. Note: During all activities in connection with foam components, the operator must wear gloves and protection glasses. All activities mus

Rising Time: Time from start of stirring until end of volume increase. Tack Free Time: Time from start of stirring until the material is tack free. Determinati
8、on of Foam Density of the Cup Test Twenty minutes after start of stirring the excessive foam material shall be cut flush with the rim of the cup. The weight of the foam material shall be determined and the density calculated.
