Apparatus Required Oven Mechanical convection oven capable of obtaining 205 C metal temperature on CRLC steel (0.8 - 0.9 mm) within 8 - 10 minutes of insertion into chamber already at temperature. (Blue M Model No. POM-16
3、6a-GX or equivalent.) Template Refer to Figure 1. (May be made using steel, aluminum or suitable plastic.) Test Apparatus Refer to Figure 2, (painted or plated steel). Materials Required Test Panels CRLC steel body skin panels, 60 x 300 mm, prepared in accordance to FLTM BI 120-01. Conditioning and
4、Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure 1. Apply to six test panels
5、(substrates as indicated in the applicable Engineering Material Specification) a 200 mm long ribbon of the material under test using the template as shown in Figure 1. 2. Condition the specimens at 23 +/- 2 C for approximately ten minutes. FORD LABORATORY TEST METHOD BV 122-01 Page 2 of 4 Copyright
