Conditioning and Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 OC and 50 +/- 5 % relativ

3、e tumidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure 1. Cut three 1 O0 x 1 O0 mm sections from a roll of foil (area = 1 O0 cm). 2. Weigh the foil sections (W,) 3. Place foil adjacent to or directly on the substrate to be spraye

4、d (according to the material specification or as otherwise specified) in a random arrangement to obtain values representative of the entire surface being sprayed. Note: Remove the tape from the foil. 5. After removal from oven, weigh foil and calculate weight in g/m2. (W2). Report the average of

6、three weights. 6. Calculate as follows: (W2- W,) x 100 = w, Where: W2 = Weight of foil and adhesive (g/lOO cm). W1 = Weight of foil (g/lOO cm). W,= Weight of adhesive in g/m2 Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly.
