Separation, precipitation or flocculation of solids or gels shall not be permitted. 3.14 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY: All ma
7、terials supplied to this standard must be equivalent in all characteristics to the material upon which approval was originally granted and shall be suitable for the intended application. Changes in composition shall not be made without approval of the responsible Staff Office in accordance with Manu
8、facturing Procedure IId1. 4. APPROVAL OF NEW SUPPLIERS: Materials submitted by new manufacturers to this Standard must have Regulatory Clearance, Laboratory and Shop Trial approvals. Suppliers are required to complete and submit the Material Health, Safety and Environmental Data Sheet (Form 1291A) p
9、rior to shop trial. Recommendations for the addition of new manufacturers to the Manufacturing Approved Source List (ASL) must be made in writing to the responsible Staff Office by the appropriate divisional standards activity in accordance with Manufacturing Procedure IId1. 5. ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL
10、: Use of any material approved to this standard must comply with the guidelines as established in the environmental review of the material, as they appear in the Materials and Toxicology (MATS) System. 6. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Use of any material approved to this standard must comply with the guidelines given under the Toxicological (TOX) review of the material as indicated in the MATS System.
