8、.950 at a film thickness of 1.5 - 2.0 mils. SHELF STABILITY: There shall be no hard settling, skinning, or jellying after aging a one-half full pint can for ten days at room temperature. DRYING: The material shall dry tack free within one hour. It shall have complete drying in 12 hours, at a film th
9、ickness of 1.5 - 2.0 mils, and shall show satisfactory adhesion and film hardness after 48 hours, as determined by shop trial. APPLICATION: The material shall show easy brushing, good flowing, spreading, and leveling properties. A paint that has any noticeable pull under a large wall brush and that
10、shows only fair spreading and flowing properties shall not be acceptable. In addition, this material must be suitable for spraying applications when reduced with M14J242, Toluol, or M14J245, Xylol; these materials must be suitable for use with M6J139A/B, when applied to steel surfaces and M5J35, Whi
11、te Undercoater, when applied to wood surfaces. The fore- going to be determined by shop trial. DURABILITY: This material shall withstand washings and resistance to leaching, as covered in D.O.D. Specification TT-P-O026B, latest edit ion. CLEANING PROPERTIES: The material shall wash clean from brushe
12、s and equipment when M14J242, Toluol, or M14J245, Xylol, is used. There shall be no precipitation or gummy residue left on the brushes or in the equipment after proper cleaning.
