REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Phosphate as P20523.0 +/- 2.0% Carbonate as CO222.5 +/- 1.0% Sodium Nitrite
4、 as NaNO23.0 +/- 0.3% Wetting agents 1.5 +/- 0.2% Titan as Ti 0.05 +/- 0.01% Aliphatic Hydrocarbons max 9.5 3.3 TITRATION 3.3.1 Free Alkalinity 10 ml of the solution are filled up to 1000 ml with distilled water. 10 ml of this solution need 1.8 +/- 0.2 ml 0.1n Hydrochloric acid (HCl).
