REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STAND
3、ARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 TOXICITY Contents of toxic components, e.g. benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons, lead compounds etc., shall conform to the s
4、afety regulations currently prevailing in the plant and/or country where the material shall be used. 3.2 MIXING RATIO As specified by vendor 3.3 DENSITY (ASTM D 1475) According to approved initial sample report +/- 0.05. 3.4 FLASH POINT The flash point shall conform to the safety regulations applica
5、ble to the plant and/or country where the material shall be used. 3.5 SHELF STABILITY During a storage of 3 months at room temperature, the material as received shall not gel or liver upon standing. The viscosity of the material shall not increase in excess of 10 seconds when tested according to the FLTM BI 102-03.
