SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an activator for accelerating the cure of liquid anaerobic retaining and sealing compounds. 2. APPLICATION This specification was
3、 released originally for material used in conjunction with anaerobic retaining and sealing compounds (e.g. SS-M4G9003-AA). 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materi
4、als (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 COLOUR Optional 3.3 SOLIDS, max 10 % (FLTM BV 150-10) 3.4 DENSITY AT 20 C 1.32 +/- 0.03 kg/L (ASTM D 1475) 3.5 DRYING TIME AT 23 +/- 2 C approx. 1 Minute 3.6 PROCESS TIME OF THE ACTIVATOR After application of activator on parts these have to be processed within 5 days. The
5、maximum storage temperature of parts to which the activator has been applied is 40 C. 4.
