GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.2.1 The top of the head shall be flat and either chamfered or rounded at the outer periphery. Thebea
3、ring surface of the head shall be flat and square with the axis of the pin within 2 o (determinedover a distance equivalent to 1.5 pin diameters from under the head). The axis of the head shall belocated at a true position with respect to the axis of the shank within a tolerance zone diameterequival
4、ent to 6% of the maximum head diameter or 0.25mm whichever is greater.2.2 LENGTH. The length of clevis pins shall be measured parallel to the axis of the pins, from thebearing surface of the heads to the centerline of the holes. For length increments and tolerances, see Table 1.Table 1.Dimensions in

The hole location on all clevis pi ns shall be specified as the distance, measured parallel tothe axis of the pin, from the bearing surface of the head to the c

The axis ofthe hole through the shank shall not be offset from the axis of the pin by more than 0.25mm for 5and 6mm nominal pins and 0.5mm for larger size pins, and shall be square within 2 o of the axis ofthe pin.
