2、1079-A1 UNLAMINATED FABRIC, MATCHPOINT, WARP KNIT, WRS-M1H1079-A2 27% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined is a warp knit polyester face fabric embossed. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1079-A2 contains 27% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yar

3、n. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for B299 MCA2013.5 MY seat insert. The fabric was originally approved plate embossed as a trilaminate. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all re

4、quirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Texti

5、le Materials, Identification of Recycled Content ) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS- M1H1079-A1. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WRS-M1H1079-A2 This specification must contain 27% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the

6、 material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, -5 /+10 % tolerance (ASTM D3775) Wales 130 / 10 cm Courses 240 / 10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric

10、erial defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and Yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use tri-Laminate / foam & scrim construction in all regions.
