3、EN, WRS-M1H1162-A4 50% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED WITH ANTI SOILING TREATMENT 1. SCOPE The material defined is a dobby woven polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1162-A2/A4 contains 50% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released ori

4、ginally for material used as an interior trim fabric for C346 MCA MY14 seat insert and bolster. WSS-M1H1162-A1/A3- The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. WRS-M1H1162-A2/A4- The fabric was originally approved as backcoated and trilaminated with foam and

5、 backing fabric/scrim and has improved stretch property. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined b

6、y WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS-M1H1162-A1/A3 is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WSS-M1H1162-A3 has an anti-soiling coating. 3.1.3 WSR-M1H1162-A2/A4 must contain 50% recycled content as defined by WRS-M9

7、9P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources 3.1.4 WRS-M1H1162-A4 has an anti-soiling coating 3.1.5 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-latest as applicable.
